This policy explains what information kidseda.com ("Kids EDA", "we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. We wrote it in plain language because many of our visitors are families.
Who we are
Kids EDA is an independent creator brand based in Morocco. It runs kidseda.com and the Kids EDA channels on YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. You can reach us any time through our Contact page.
Children's privacy
Kids EDA is directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Every free feature works without giving us any information: no accounts, no chat, no uploads, no comments from children.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
What we collect from adults, and why
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can reply. We do not use them for anything else.
- Email newsletter: your first name and email address, only if you sign up as a parent or teacher aged 18 or over. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Purchases: when you buy a pack, our payment provider (shown at checkout) processes your payment. We receive your name, email address and what you bought, so we can deliver it and help with your order. We never see your full card number.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect names, photos, voices, locations or contact details from children. We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles of our visitors.
Coloring saved on your device
The coloring tool saves your child's picture in your browser's local storage, on your own device. It is never sent to us. You can delete it by clearing your browser's site data.
Visit statistics
We count visits with privacy-friendly statistics that do not identify you and do not follow you across other websites. We use them only to see which pages are popular.
Advertising
If we show ads, they are served in child-directed mode: ads are non-personalized and chosen by the page content, not by information about the visitor.
YouTube videos
Tutorial videos are hosted by YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. After you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the video.
Service providers
We use a few trusted companies to run the site: our web host, our email newsletter service and our payment provider. They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep information
Contact messages: up to 12 months. Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe. Order records: as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or stop using it, at any time. Write to us through the Contact page. Depending on where you live, you are also protected by Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on personal data, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
