Refund Policy

Our packs are digital downloads (PDF files). We want you to be happy with every one.

Before you buy

Each pack page lists the number of pages, the paper sizes and the age range, and shows sample pages, so you know exactly what you get.

If something is wrong

If a file does not download, will not open, or is not what the pack page described, contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will send a working file or give you a full refund.

Change of mind

Because downloads can be kept after purchase, we do not normally refund a pack you have already downloaded just because you changed your mind. If you bought the same pack twice by mistake, we will refund the extra purchase.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
