Accessibility
We want every child to be able to draw and color with Kids EDA, including children with disabilities.
What we do
- Large buttons and big tap areas, made for small hands and tablets
- Every color button has a spoken name for screen readers
- Pages work with a keyboard and show a clear focus outline
- High-contrast text and simple, plain words
- Animations are switched off for visitors who ask their device for reduced motion
What we are still working on
Coloring by tapping a picture is hard to do without sight or a pointer. Every coloring page can also be printed blank for coloring on paper.
